  • I have another year to complete all of my goals. Here’s an updated list of things that I have recently completed. I’m going to change a couple to make them harder. (:

    008. Go to an art gallery. Brad took me to one last weekend
    010. Go on a road trip. Cross country to school with my mom and Grandma
    011. Get accepted into a college and find a way to pay for it. Scholarships!

     043. Take self-defense classes (eg. kickboxing). Kickboxing via JWU

    046. Limit my computer usuage. Go three days without getting online. [0/3] A week offline due to my time in Guatemala

    057. Listen to only one CD for a full week. Nikki Minaj’s Pink Friday. Obsessed

    061. High-five strangers. [0/5] Grilled Cheese with Bacon at Snowden, high fived everyone!

    066. Spend a day without looking at the clock so I can say that I went with the moment. Spent an entire week without looking at a clock in Guatemala

    071. Go one day without texting. Another one taken care of in Guatemala! Went an entire week without texting

    090. Attend my first costume party. JWU takes Halloween seriously, I was a sailor and Tom Cruise

  • I hardly ever update this list, but that doesn’t mean that I’ve made no progress. To be honest, I truly need to edit the goals because all of them seem too easy or tasks in which the success was inevitable – such as getting my diploma. I never doubted that I would receive my diploma, all I doubt was whether or not I could attain the rack that I wanted. At any rate, this is a post about completed task number 19. I met thirty new, good friends in the Summer of 2010 and I still have about a month of it left. Plenty were people that have gone to school with me for the last couple of years, but I’d never spoken a word to. I’m proud that I’ve been branching out as of late and that I’ve managed to escape some bad influences. Growing out of friends isn’t always a sad thing; in this case it was positive, great and about that time. Of course, I miss them from time to time, but I like growing.. Progress. (: Moving forward, I talk to my new friends every day whether it’s over text messages, actual phone calls (and I don’t think anyone can understand how excited I get now a days about phone calls, because there was a point in which no one EVER called me), facebook chat or skype.

  • July 8th-18th. I got to see Italy, Germany and Greece! Possibly one of the best expierences of my life, even if I came home in trouble.
